AudioCodes supports the multitenancy deployment of AudioCodes Device Manager. Both the Essentials and Pro License models are offered for this service type. Once the phones are connected to the Live Platform network in Azure Cloud, auto-provisioning of firmware and configuration files is executed upon device power up or restart using either AudioCodes Redirect server or a DHCP server. For Day One, devices are configured with default settings. For Day Two, managed tier operators can provision devices manually according to tier permissions including the management of templates and profiles. The following devices can be onboarded and managed by the Live Platform platform:
